Eyal Sharon, Esquire

Mr. Eyal Sharon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sharon Law. Mr. Sharon is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of legal representation and counseling. Mr. Sharon believes that a client relationship goes beyond a single matter and into a long-term attorney-client relationship based on trust, integrity, quality of service, and cost transparency and efficiency.

Mr. Sharon has spent the last 14 years advising startups, scale-ups, and established corporations on legal matters ranging from structuring and regulatory compliance, business transactions and M&As, and litigation and dispute resolution strategies. Regardless of the business size, regardless of the stage in which the business is located, Mr. Sharon works with his clients to develop a strategy that fits his clients business strategy and goals.
